Why these pages differ
Same metro, different kitchens
3 of these pages are coastal, where chloride in the air reaches condenser fins, hinge hardware and roof-mounted blowers. 3 cover pre-war housing stock, where the cabinet opening and the circuit behind it decide more about the repair than the appliance does. The rest are post-war to modern, and there the recurring fault is how built-in equipment was fitted at the end of a construction schedule.
Regionally we all share the weather: around 68 thunderstorm days a year, plus the multi-day outages that follow a named storm. Control boards and inverter-driven compressors record those events and often fail weeks afterwards, which is why the first question on a dead appliance is when the power last went out.
What to tell us when you book
Four things decide how long a visit takes, and all four are known before we arrive.
Model and serial
Read from the data plate rather than the sales receipt. The serial number decides which variant of a part fits, so it is the difference between one visit and two.
Access
Whether a column is panelled and can come forward on its rails, whether the floor in front of it is engineered timber or soft stone, and where the water shut-off is.
Power history
Any outage, surge or breaker trip in the weeks before the fault, and whether other appliances on the same circuit behaved oddly at the same time.
Gate and approach
Several communities here are gated or have managed access, and some houses have long private approaches. Arranging that at booking saves a call at the gate.

- EPA Section 608 certified for sealed-system refrigeration work. That is a federal requirement to open a sealed refrigeration system, and it is the only certification we hold out.
- Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
- Parts come through the same BSH Home Appliances distribution channel that serves Bosch and Gaggenau, which is why lead times on a Thermador part behave the way they do.
