Meridian Appliance Works repairs Thermador cooking, refrigeration and dishwashing appliances across Northeast Florida. Nothing else, and for nobody else.
What the company is
One trade, one manufacturer's equipment, one region. Narrowing that far is the only way a small shop gets good at appliances that are built into the cabinetry rather than standing in front of it.
Thermador is a BSH Home Appliances brand, sister to Bosch and Gaggenau. That is not trivia. Parts channels and diagnostic conventions are shared across the group, and lead times on a component run through the same distribution regardless of which of the three names is on the front of the appliance. Knowing how that channel behaves is a large part of how long a repair actually takes.
Our name carries no manufacturer mark, deliberately. An independent company that borrows a brand into its trading name is claiming something it has not been given. We would rather say what we do in our own words and let the work argue for itself.
We work out of Fruit Cove, St. Johns County and we publish drive distances, never a straight-line radius, because a radius on a map crosses the St. Johns River and a van does not.

What we are not
- Not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or BSH Home Appliances. We are an independent company and we hold no manufacturer accreditation of any kind.
- Not a 24-hour or emergency service. Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 9am–4pm. Scheduled appointments only. We do not run a 24-hour or emergency line; messages left outside these hours are answered the next working morning.
- Not a case-study site. The customer reviews we publish are single visits in the words of the person who paid for the call, and the star figure beside them is the plain mean of the set printed on the page — nothing is averaged that a reader cannot read.
- Not a source of fault-code tables. Where we are not certain a code exists, we describe the symptom instead.
- Not a general appliance shop. Laundry, small appliances and freestanding kitchen equipment from other makers are outside what we do.

First call
We ask what the appliance is doing, where it is installed and roughly how old the kitchen is. The ZIP code matters as much as the model, because the water and the air change the shortlist.

$129 flat diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
Estimate
A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or fitted. Nothing is ordered until you have seen it in writing and agreed to it. How pricing works

Genuine OEM parts, ordered through the same BSH distribution channel that serves Thermador, Bosch and Gaggenau.
Warranty
90 days labour, 365 days parts, genuine OEM components. Full warranty terms
Credentials
EPA Section 608 certified for sealed-system refrigeration work. Licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Those are the only credentials we claim.

Meridian Appliance Works is an independent service company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or BSH Home Appliances. We are not a Thermador service centre and we do not hold or claim any Thermador or BSH Home Appliances accreditation. We name the brand only to say which appliances we work on.
- EPA Section 608 certified for sealed-system refrigeration work. That is a federal requirement to open a sealed refrigeration system, and it is the only certification we hold out.
- Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
- Parts come through the same BSH Home Appliances distribution channel that serves Bosch and Gaggenau, which is why lead times on a Thermador part behave the way they do.
